Assistant Professor of Analytical Chemistry Tenure-Track

The Department of Biochemistry, Chemistry, and Physics at the University of Mount Union, an ACS approved program, invites applicants for a tenure-track, Assistant Professor in Analytical Chemistry position to begin August 1, 2023. Our department of twelve faculty members strives for excellence in student learning through interactions in the classroom, working together in teaching labs and undergraduate research experiences.

Teaching responsibilities may include courses in general, analytical and environmental chemistry. Development of a strong undergraduate research program is required. Candidates with an interest in computational methods, and/or data science are encouraged to apply.

Applicants should hold a Ph.D. in analytical chemistry or some closely related field.
